We will not intentionally publish a private testimonial as a public endorsement without appropriate permission.

25. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Cancellation of future billing does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.

26. REFUNDS

Unless otherwise expressly stated, completing substantial portions of a digital course, downloading substantial course materials, violating these Terms, or losing access because of misconduct does not independently create a right to a refund.

27. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising lawful rights available through your financial institution or applicable consumer-protection law.

Knowingly submitting false information in connection with a payment dispute is prohibited.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF EVOLVE LIFE HUB LLC ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PAID PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO EVOLVE LIFE HUB LLC FOR THAT PRODUCT OR SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

The limitations above do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, or limited.
